The Magnificent View: Stepping out onto the lodge balcony felt like being on the edge of the world, with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains. It was like having my own personal IMAX theater, but with even better popcorn.
Unfinished Surroundings: The area around the less deluxe villas appeared a bit neglected, with rubble and upturned dirt scattered about.

I recently stayed at Lofoten Links Lodges for a few days and it was absolutely amazing. The spacious living area with large windows provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains and rough seas. The friendly and competent reception staff made us feel welcome and even gave us an extra sack of wood for the fireplace. The lodge was spotless and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. The nearby restaurant, Hov Gård, was highly recommended and served delicious food. it was a peaceful and unforgettable experience.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The breathtaking view towards the north provided a picture-perfect setting to witness the mesmerizing midnight sun and the enchanting northern lights. It was like being in a fairytale. The luxury lodges offered a deluxe standard that made us feel pampered and spoiled. It was like staying in a five-star resort with the comfort of a home. Waking up to the view of the surrounding island and mountain landscape from our room was awe-inspiring. It felt like waking up in a painting every morning. The variety of outdoor activities available was amazing. From walks on the beach to hiking in the mountains and horseback riding on Icelandic horses, there was never a dull moment. We opted for a Deluxe Lodge with a private entrance and shared bathroom facilities. It was the perfect blend of privacy and convenience, making our stay even more enjoyable. During the warm weather, we indulged in the beach-side hot tub. It was pure bliss, relaxing while surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the area. Lofoten Links Lodges truly showcased the beauty of the sea and natural surroundings. Every corner offered picturesque views that took our breath away. The white sand beach and fishing opportunities made it an exceptional place to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Having access to a shared kitchen and living room added a touch of familiarity and comfort. It made us feel like we were part of a close-knit community. Kayaking was an incredible experience, providing us with a unique opportunity to explore the surrounding waters and immerse ourselves in the natural beauty around us. Our guestroom in the lodge had a private bathroom, ensuring our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The inclusion of amenities such as free WiFi in all guestrooms was a thoughtful addition that made our stay even more enjoyable. Safety features like smoke detectors, a security system, and window guards reassured us and made us feel secure during our stay. The presence of a coffee shop/cafe and laundry facilities added to the convenience of our stay, making it even more enjoyable.
Twin beds instead of a double bed.

Spacious and cozy living area with large windows, offering a great view of the surroundings. Friendly and competent reception staff who provided helpful recommendations. We were lucky to have the accommodation to ourselves, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
Rooms are small and lack sufficient space to open suitcases comfortably. The rooms feel spartan, despite having a TV that seemed unnecessary given the breathtaking landscape.

The location of the lodges is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and natural landscape. the rooms themselves are clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine. the large windows allow for an incredible view of the surroundings, making it a great place to spot the Northern Lights.
The shared living room and kitchen space could have been cleaner and better maintained.

We had a wonderful time at the oceanfront home we stayed in. the location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a lovely natural area to explore. Our three-bedroom home was perfect for viewing the Northern Lights, and although they only appeared slightly on two nights, it was still a memorable experience. the house itself was clean and beautifully decorated, with luxurious furniture and amenities. the modern design of the lodge added to the overall appeal, and we especially enjoyed the cozy common area with its well-equipped kitchen and dining table. we found our accommodations and the location to be excellent, making our stay at Lofoten Links Lodges a great choice. Cons: Nothing to fault! 👍.

Best aspects of our stay were the beautiful views of the beach and the cozy atmosphere of the lodge. The location was perfect for a winter getaway, with stunning scenery and peaceful surroundings. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a sauna in our cabin, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. However, these positives were overshadowed by the lack of customer service provided by the staff.
The lack of communication and the unhelpful staff. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and did not make any effort to assist us.

The lodge was beautiful and had lovely ensuite bathrooms in each of the three bedrooms. the comfortable and well-designed space had large picture windows, offering stunning views of the surroundings. the loft beds in the lodge were a hit with our boys, adding a fun element to their stay.
One disappointment was that our lodge did not have a great view of the sea, unlike some of the other lodges. It was not as impressive as we had anticipated based on the reviews we had read.
